As your state representative, I am proud of my voting record and here are some of the highlights of my service.
Increase Access to Affordable, Quality Healthcare
- I supported Medicaid Expansion but the Republican majority would not allow a vote on it.
- I voted to reject bills that took away bodily autonomy in medical decisions.
Support Public Education
I voted to:
- increase special education funding
- reject bills that took money away from our public schools like vouchers
Fight The Rising Cost Of Living
I supported bills that:
- eliminated food sales tax immediately,
- stopped taxing Social Security income, and
- reduced property taxes.
